In most situations, a very fit woman is not visibly different, at any distance, from a woman who is weak or ill. And even then, it doesn’t matter much. I’m in much better shape than my 21-year-old son, but he’s a foot taller and 140 lbs. heavier than I am. If he wanted to attack me, I’d be toast, unless I had a headstart and a lot of room to run.
I believe you have a good handle on the gist of what I was saying. It is common sense.
But people lap up what they see in movies and television, and I just think that mind set is dangerous.
