The truth is . . . The Q group purpose is to prepare "us" for what is about to take place. A President, a Government can not just sweep in and make arrests of highly public people without the populace prepared. Q once wrote, the populace will rise up and rebel. Unless of course your Saudi Arabia Prince Alwaleed was a huge deal and yet the populace here is totally ignorant of the significance. (Changes world history)
I say all that to save you time and energy trying to decipher everything being said. The task at hand is for the "Annons" to create a map and connect all the dots. Our task is to listen and learn and "spread the word"
Having said all that . . . Q had sent a very cryptic post on communications. One of the Annons took the picture matched it up to the post and asked if the President was talking to them. Q responded, Yes, you now understand the comm and yes the President is very much engaged in this process.

Again do not read much into it. All that we understand is that this President is very much engaged, many many patriots are putting their lives on the line in what I call an IC Civil war.
