I was discussing trolling yesterday with someone. So often we are so compellingly distracted by the pretty red capes being waved at us, that we lose our focus and go charging like enraged bulls.
Those troll goads are so tempting, and I have often formulated WONDERFUL (at least in my own mind) replies, but have decided not to write them because I recently learned that it requires a lot of time to do that - time which I will never get back - and was not helpful to my purposes in participating in the thread.
There have been some extremely valuable nuggets on this thread, but they are increasingly difficult to find because of the troll feeding going on.
I’m so grateful to everyone here who is seeking to discover the information we are being directed to find. I have been so deeply admiring the wit and passion and gifts so many FReepers are bringing to the effort.
This is not a wasted effort - despite whatever the motives of the Q team might be, which some legitimately seek to examine. Many people are learning the underlying evils which have been prevailing in and against our society and republic for far too long. THIS IS A GOOD THING - BUT REQUIRES TREMENDOUS FOCUS!
Please forgive the caps and shouting. I am so very weary of the trolls - as I know you are! However, only we can decide if they will be here or not, as Cboldt has so wisely stated.
Speaking of discipline, I’d like to gently suggest to all who post here that most of us come here for Q discussion...not witty, back-and-forth personal conversations about unrelated topics. Interesting as they may be, I just want to find new Q ideas and connections. Between side conversations and trolls, I spend so much time scrolling past posts unrelated to anything about Q— or even news—that I can’t participate in Q discussion or research as much as I’d like.
Just my two cents, but I think it would make us all more effective at helping our President.
