Warning signs may have been missed in school shooting case

WARNING SIGNS? how about DIRECT REPORTS. Dozens upon dozens of DIRECT CONTACT with Broward Sheriff.

I can see Cruz bringing in his duffel bag he was carrying and backpack he was wearing, quickly completing his final preparation once he was inside the school grounds. I doubt he'd have known that the cc television was 15 minutes behind (or whatever it was)

Could the NRA sue in these matters for libel? That would provide the MSM an opportunity to PROVE their narrative and justification for their statements re NRA etc.

I believe the “monitor” that observed Cruz said the firing started about a minute after he made the observation. He didn’t say anything about kevlar or armour. He gave a description that matched the arrest one hour later. So how and when did this guy change clothing? where did he leave the kevlar and weapons? No mention in arrest report except “one gun found at scene”.

Agreed, I see a big disconnect between the reports of what he was seen wearing (and what was reported to be found at the scene), with this teacher’s description of the shooter she encountered from about 20 feet down the hallway.

That is all MOOT. Once he has an Attorney he can’t be questioned without the Attorneys consent. Doesn’t matter where he is or who has jurisdiction. Any lawyer would know to issue a letter to the court and prosecution acknowledging the representation of Client and the Miranda Issues therein. The latest the questioning could possibly happen is just before the arraignment.

I have seen no reports or official statement that he wore full body armor. I’ve seen Senator Nelson’s statement that he had a gas mask and smoke grenades. And I’ve seen the eyewitness video where she claimed she saw him in “body armor” but she could just have easily confused a gas mask a black bullet proof vest and all black clothes as “body armor”

When I found this report from the San Bernardino shooting, it puts shivers down my back! This is from Gawker.

At least 12 people are confirmed dead and Los Angeles’ FOX 11 reports cops are currently searching for “3 white males dressed in military gear.”

Witnesses say the men had masks on and may have been wearing body armor, ABC reports. They were armed with rifles and “came into the office and started shooting,” sometime around 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

Funny...she doesn’t mention that he was wearing any gas mask or any other protection garb when she was walking down stairs with him/evacuating.
