As if California has a lock on road rage or idiot drivers! The ability, or lack of same is greatly on display as residents of other states vacay in California.

If I were the guy from the SUV I would argue that I was just trying to get away and misjudged the space between the Beemer and the barrier.

The driver in the BMW was lucky he pulled his spitting crap in California, in Texas or some other states the SUV driver would have just shot him.
