As I once read, how bad can saturated fats really be, when your body converts all excess calories to saturated fats for storage? Those love handles and thunder thighs are saturated!
The American Heart Association is an established alarmist whores association populated with charlatans and control freaks. It will peddle any scare story along with its fabricated junk science as long as it is payed enough money.
The lying media and the 0bama administration, especially the EPA loves the AHA, it enough to know what’s it worth.
They're getting close to what many who believe saturated fats do not cause heart disease are saying. From what I've read over several years, the high sugar and high refined carbohydrate diet is a cause of heart disease.
I swear that when I first saw the headline it thought it said “farts.”
So no new actually research but a survey of past cherry-picked studies that promote this groups viewpoint.
Well, my evidence is anecdotal, but since I switched to a lifestyle of high protein & saturated animal fats I have observed the following changes in my body:
A loss of over 70 lbs, a drop in blood sugar from the mid 300’s to the low 100’s, my psoraisis is almost non-existent and my joint pain that made it impossible to climb stairs has diminished to the point that I can now run up stairs.
I will continue with my current high fat diet.
If you’re up to it Google “American Foods”...then “Japan Foods”...then, “Monaco Foods” and others and look at Google images. Every country has some percentage of junk food, but what shows up on American foods is about 100% junk food.

So, if you remove all fats from your diet, wouldnt you also be removing all of the fat soluble chemstry, too?
What then happens internally when the body needs that fat soluble material to complete the chemistry its doing, but unfortunately those molecules were separated from what had been a complete and whole food and discarded?
The body, now in triage mode, might then have to scavenge that material wherever it can from other areas of the body in order to do what it has to do in the moment, even though scavenging causes problems, too.
Whats up with that? Why do that to ourselves? Seems pretty silly to me.
We also feed ourselves a lot of preservation chemistry that is used solely to keep our food fresh on the shelf until we eat it, which is just more unpronounceable, inorganic chemistry lab stuff that the body has to figure out and deal with.
Its no surprise that fresh, whole food, just as God made and intended it to be, is always our best choice.
