I will ignore this pretentious statement and just say comparing Rand to Donald Trump is an insult to our President on so many levels.
Rand’s Objectivist philosophy was inherently pathological in its worship of a cartoonish concept of “reason.” Like many false religions it incorporated a few elements of truth—i.e., capitalism and anti-communism.
But of course she had no clue about the true nature of American capitalism, or American greatness-both of which grew directly out of Protestantism (especially, Puritanism).
But that was about it. The woman thought Plato was the essence of evil, and I think she thought about the same thing about Jesus Christ.
