Though I am bound not to give more details, I know of another case where a family reached out the President and asked for help cutting some red tape to get medical treatment for their child. The President tasked his personal physician with seeing that the child got the urgently needed treatment.
There have been stories like this about Trump showing up for decades. He reads about family business in trouble, he would helped them out. A guy changes his flat tire and wouldn’t take any cash, Trump paid off his mortgage.
For some reason we don’t see them any more....
