I dont do sugar well either, so I am thinking I should try a cheese cake that is just the cheese part but not sweet. Maybe just a bit of puréed fruit. Hmmmm.
But I could make the cheesecake brownie for my family.
Stevia is O calorie/0 sugar, plant base, not artificial. It is however WAY SWEETER than sugar, and must be used sparingly, or as in a recipe. You could find that online, too.
