However, there is some validity to the other view re the Constitution.
I think our discussion is somewhat moot.
POTUS will do what he feels necessary and will have the military backing to carry it out.
That is not entirely 100% a comfortable thing. Life's like that--messy--far from ideal etc.
I believe that he has covered and will continue to cover (evidently with a looming additional Exec Order) the legal/Constitutional aspects.
It is viable to accuse Shrillery, Obummer as enemy combatants and criminals against humanity in this war for survival. They are enemies--foreign and domestic.
I can just also see the other side.
Nothing is ideal in all this. Nothing is absolutely safe.
However, our Republic and the Constitution HAS NO CHANCE WITHOUT THIS MASSIVE EFFORT by POTUS and selected Marines etc. No chance at all against the oligarchy tyranny.
I'll take a pretty good chance over no chance any day.
I suggest you o read up on what happens when people even with the best of reasons throw out the legal baby with the legal due process bath water!

You need to show that argument because I see nothing in the Constitution allowing for military tribunals for non-official, non-military U.S. citizens (Obama and Hillary currently) and certainly not for government officials currently.
The Constitution has provided for federal courts to try citizens and lower government officials for charges of federal crimes (Art. III, Sec. 2, Cl. 1). And the Constitution clearly states that for high government officials, ONLY the House can impeach (formally accuse) and ONLY the Senate can convict and remove a government official (Art. I, Sec. 2, Cl. 5; Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6-7).
But I will not get into tedious arguments about such nuances.
I'm frankly not responsible for the nuance reading and interpreting skills of others.
Mine have served me well for a long time. And imho, Qx's are off the charts.

I have noted reasonable factoids supportive of a different perspective and it still being within the Constitution.

And when the stuff doesn't happen, we should still think that it still did happen? And that it just wasn't made public?
The helicopter incident for example.
The incident is reported as an accident, the names of the four who died are reported, and the four people are not associated with the Rothchilds.
But instead, we should trust Q. We should think that it wasn't an accident, that it was a hit job, that a Rothschild family member was killed, and that this is part of the 80% of the stuff that is happening, that is being kept secret from us.
Is that how this works?
MAGA means RESTORING our Free Constitutional Republic, not tearing it down further to satisfy our agenda. That's what the Left does.
We MUST get back to the Rule of law of the Constitution over the feds - that is our Rule of law and the ONLY legal protection against the tyranny of the whims of men in government whether it be Congress, Dubya, Obama, or Trump.

Q is seen, as is TRUMP, as a bit of HOPE to catch and lash onto. With no HOPE, humanity has nothing to live for.
What is amazing is the intolerance of those in our opposition has bled into those who claim to be on our side. These intolerant persons arrive, uninvited, to horn in on conversations they care nothing about. Unless one has been pinged, why would they stop to share their feelings other than to make waves and tsunamis? Must every post be shown that they have ‘dropped’ by? Ignore the posts which are ridiculed, going only to those which hold interest for you. If not, then prove that trolls not only live in the forest but on the www as well. All you need to know about Q is he says “Trust Sessions,” and Mueller (Mueller!!) is secretly working for Trump. Oh, and Hillary was already taken to gitmo for interrogation.

You need to if you want to have a supportable argument for the constitutionality of military tribunals. Otherwise you’re just spouting off assertions with no intention of offering support for what you say which lowers your credibility here IMO.
