I don’t see this as sexual. I see him as a old man who although was intoxicated and lacked judgment because of, remember how things were when he was a kid, and how he raised his own kids. He for the life of him could not figure out why this man did not correct the boy and took matters into his own hands. He probably would not have done this had he been sober am sure.

Am going by what the man said before he spanked the boy. In a lot of other countries and by his age too spanking still goes on. Was a Latina woman got into trouble in Texas for spanking her child. They did that where she came from but the judge had to tell her it’s illegal in Texas and she paid a penalty for it.
