Agree with others who say the details won’t come out in just two weeks. This will drag out over months and years.
We’ve been here before during the early McCarthy years.
Tailgunner Joe was right as it turned out. There were hundreds of communist spies in the government and in the federal labs under FDR. Most of them had stepped out of government however by the early 50’s. The communists however, had already taken over hollywood.
In this case the liberals have just taken over the instruments of the US government and used it illegally to their purposes.
The crime is bigger than watergate. But it will unfold only slowly. A lot more people in the federal government will lose their jobs if the investigations are done properly.
That is my initial reaction as well. As much as many of us would like to see some "action" starting soon, it is very unlikely that we will see that.
Setting aside the question of venue(s) in which many of these cases will be tried, the stakes are extremely high in these prosecutions and we can be safe assuming that they will be worked on and refined to become as "air tight" as possible.
Additionally, it seems that some of these crimes can also have an element of broad criminal conspiracy surrounding them, so they will be waiting in these cases until the whole network can be indicted/charged. (Which will require more time.)
Setting expectations for immediate "action" is likely to be disappointing to many.
I am sure there will be a lot of stuff we just don’t find out about because the amount of damage done by communist operatives is so extensive to the America judicial and investigative services of the united states.
I certainly think slowly is a wise pace and the most likely pace. I do think some things will kick in at stages along the way.
