I just noticed on my new phone the other day that I have a “Presidential Alert”...and under my contacts there is a contact for ICE.
I haven’t seen those displayed like that.

On cell phones ICE stands for who to call “In Case of Emergency”.

hmmmm...I’ll check those out. I was thinking maybe phones, but cell towers are more vulnerable (I am guessing here) than cable TV? Mebe?

I noticed an ICE contact entry on my cell phone a few days ago which lists our home phone number. Is your ICE number the same as your home phone or what?

So, this is what it is? Hmm, don’t like that Big Brother is following my cell around but now has the nerve to enter contacts.

Yes, there have been nightly ERS tests on tv this week.
