Twitter is saying window was opened, so explosive charge could blast door open, but not take window out in the process. Residue can be seen on outside of window. Target extracted. Proof arrests are being made.
Also interesting that someone commented that China had to ok/cooperate with mission.

Only the bad guy in the room would be able to open the window. I'm not sure if someone's going to throw a flash bang into his room he'll kindly open the window to avoid damaging it.
Seems to me that would disrupt the element of surprise, no?
