All they have now is better employment. Of course, that bodes ill for the dnc as they like unemployment among blacks.

Exactly. The last thing Dems want is employed, full functional blacks. They would lose their votes.
Certainly won't happen overnight, and very likely won't happen in the next 10 years, especially with black females.
