I believe the freezing of assets was done immediately per the “effective date” on the EO. Trump seems to have gone for assets first. His interaction with SA got them to freeze and confiscate the riches of numerous billionaires in exchange for their freedom. All except the most powerful Prince Alaweed Talal. He stayed on the the makeshift prison after the other princes swapped money for their freedom. He was just moved to a “real” Saudi prison (imagine what THAT is like). People were asking online why he hadn’t given up his 6 billion in funds and Q replied “He doesn’t have 6b. We froze his assets (#536 excerpted).
Soros is said to have “donated” his wealth to one of his charities or some of them before it was seized, though. In an October 31, drop (#2 excerpted) Q asks, “Why did Soros donate all his money recently?” Must be friends of Soros’ whom he trusts to give it back later?
I would say, Trump being Trump, he lined up the means to freeze all major assets and those efforts were launched the moment his pen hit the EO. Those people would have run like rats. Because I believe this to be true, I have long believed the ones at the top have known they were in mighty big trouble for a long time - even before the EO. In Q drop #372 dated 12/13/17, Q wrote “12 deals rejected (today alone). Panic in DC. I think they had to have believed Trump had no means by which to threaten their slush fund foundations. Reading the Q drops just now, my heart was warmed to see that Nancy Pelosi’s foundation is mentioned by Q. If you live in California, that makes your heart sing!
Anderson Cooper is the son of Gloria Vanderbilt. The night the EO took effect, Cooper launched a tirade at Trump that some felt odd; I question the timing. Did his donations to frozen assets or his own participation in abuses get his personal assets and/or those of his mother frozen? Can’t run to mommy’s money now? Maybe? (Side Note: man you should SEE the creepy picture of her and her two sons when they were young. Screamin’ loud gingham wall paper, opulence and a supposedly “charming” family vignette, with a CREEPY satanic wall hanging featuring human sacrifice hanging on the wall! Tastefully done, of course!)
Even so, those people had offshore assets and the ability to access more payola from foreign nations trying to prop them up. I think I read somewhere that while Obama was following or preceding Trump to countries Trump visited in order to assure the heads of state that he (Trump) would not be in charge for long, Obama was also collecting funds from some of those.
