Rescuers brought two adult bears, one of them pregnant, and the young mountain lion

I takes a special kind of Nazi nurse - I’ve had ‘em - to keep wild predators from messing with their bandages. Good on ‘em.

And in your case they didn’t have to watch out for claws.
Well, at least I hope not. :^)

Lot of Omega 3’s in fish, bet that helps.

Wonder if they tried any kind of silver ointment?

They got the left claw of the Stone Crab - they grow back - to end this senseless cycle of healing.

I actually read that in another country they are using fish skin for those badly burned and the people burned do not experience the pain that normally comes and they don’t have to go through the pulling off dead skin etc.

Aww, poor babies. Hope this works. Hope they don’t become too accustomed to humans though.

I remember reading about fish skin for burns a couple years ago. It contains a protein that helps with wound healing but doesn’t cause a damaging immune response.

I’m not sure I’d really like mercury filled Chinese tilapia plastered all over me BUT I suspect I wouldn’t give a damn if I really need it. Severe burn wounds are one of the worst things I’ve ever seen.

Saw this on the news earlier. The mountain lion didn’t get it and kept eating the fish skin.
