We are not even remotely close to getting that kind of power out of a laser. Yes, I noticed that as well. The probably mean PWh or PWs - where a femtosecond burst has a few Watts of power... this type of articles always get that wrong, because they're written by idiots.

Slight correction: PW/h or PW/s... A 1 femtosecond burst at 100 PW/s would equal 100 W. That sounds reasonable enough.
