Good question, Yaelle. That’s why I asked counsel for what. Did he announce like, “in the matter of blah blah blah?” He should have somebody on retainer all the time, neh? Not really sure how it works in that world.
Yes. His usual counsel may not be the current counsel. In fact internet rumors say that he named someone else implicated so that person couldn’t testify against Obama due to client counsel privilege. After that rumor started another one came out saying someone else in the swamp jumped on that tactic and named a co-conspirator as their counsel. Sounds like it may be true. It’s kind of embarrassing that these people are all lawyers and know these games.
Wouldn’t that be somewhat obvious, bagster? BMS very helpfully gave me a calendar date, and immediately afterward I said I knew Q’s identity. I didn’t look at a clock, but I’m guessing that was ~an hour ago. I’ve moderated my comments since then. I still say 1 out of 5 is nothing to write home about, but it beats 0 out 5 hands down. And I can tell you this: Q has a heart of gold. He is tragically misguided on at least one critical, fundamental point, but his motives are impeccable.

LOL, when I had heart issues this summer, my wife brought in McD’s. Told em all if they didn’t like it take me OFF this bland painful diet!! ed note, due to the fact I was very self sufficient, they really treated me well to the point when they got tired of alarms going off when I disconnected myself from the monitors, gave me my own wireless one, to the exclusion of ALL OTHERS. Yes, had a nurse try and take it and then get berated in front of me by her superiors.
