So Trump bargains with Schumer to “drop the illegal Amnesty altogether or I will turn Sessions lose and nuke your party”. What can Schumer do? He drops amnesty or they get nuked and then Amnesty is cooked any way. IMHO, the Turtle knows all this and that is why he is smirking every time you see him.
