If true, that would mean that NASA (or some other watchful agency) was aware of this meteorite and Q was in the loop.

Not enough numbers there...thats either lat or long...you need both

If Q were any good, he would have had the Meteor hit FBI Headquarters.

Coordinates means 2 or 3 values depending on whether it is an x, y system or x, y, z system. One value is not coordinates.

I think that you are way over interrupting this. Wasn’t this in a list of 12 similar Items? There are many theory’s as to what those mean. This is the first time I have heard your interpretation. Some think that are targets for a speculated military satellite(OWL) to hit. But we don’t really know.

If that’s supposed to be a latitude, it’s way north of Michigan.

You look it up... this is nonsense.
83 deg. 07 min 39 sec
If 83deg N latitude, that’s up in the arctic circle.
If anybody was predicting anything, there’s no way it would be predicted to the ‘second’.
83 degs. W longitude runs through Florida to Columbus Ohio... but there’s also an 83 degs. EAST longitude that runs through Eastern India and up into West-Central Russia.
Never mind that there’s no second coordinate.

Here is how you predict a meteor strike:
“A meteor is going to strike in Michigan on Monday”.
See how that works?

Couple of ‘technicalities’...
1) Meteors don’t hit the earth. Meteorites do...
2) If this is a reference to the reported incident earlier in the week in Michigan, it was on Tuesday evening, not Monday.
