It’s just lime rind dried in the oven....then pulverized with salt in a spice grinder.

Speaking of unusual products, I just picked up black garlic at Wegman’s. Haven’t used it, though.

Have not yet seen lime salt retailed.
I hear black garlic is delicious.

I just ordered some lime salt on Amazon. I’m a salt and spice FREAK. My house is overrun with spices.
