Love those style of wheels on that car, especially when they’re all spiffed up.
Those are called "American Mags" -- they were about the only design of custom wheel available in that era. You didn't find custom wheels at every Tom Dick & Harry tire store like you do today. You usually found "Rally Wheels" on Chevy sport cars which were stamped steel with a slot and a small hub cap:
