I do too. One jar I had called it ‘refreshing’. I like the way it bubbles up when you open a new jar—like it’s alive.
We ate a lot of it when we were in Korea for a couple weeks this spring. Yumee!
I bought some in a pouch and it seemed gross - I think I’ll stick with glass jars. I try to eat kimchi or sauerkraut since they say it’s healthy.
