There’s more than enough evidence to charge James Comey and his associates with obstruction of justice for refusing to prosecute these crimes.
Jeff Sessions has been Attorney General for almost a year, and has not performed the arrests yet. The gathering of the evidence was already done, even though they tried to destroy a lot of it.
So you and others should spare us with any lectures on why we should wait on bit players to be popped, to work up the chain, when the biggest fish are already on the hook. Sessions and the DOJ just refuse to simply reel them in.
Hopefully they will be charged at some point. But there’s no reason to have to wait on any more evidence.
