I'll bet there are two reasons. First he doesn't want to compete with DOJ Inspector General’s report on corruption of high DOJ/FBI officials.
Second, he wants to add some more fake news stories based in the Inspector General’s extensive documentation or corruption.

I’m getting suspicious that the “fake news awards” are not what the media expects.
Maybe awards to those that gave the “fake news” to the media in the first place?
