It did not escape the attention of the Haitians that Bill Clinton was the designated ‘UN’ representative for aid to Haiti...Hillary was the United States secretary of state. She was in charge of U.S. aid ‘allocated to Haiti’. The two together ‘controlled the flow of funds’ to Haiti ‘from around the world’!!!!

I am guessing that Clinton foundation funds were used and they were gathered under the pretext of the Haiti disaster relief but none of the funds that were used had been those that were going to be spent on Haiti. instead this money came from the money that had been gathered to administer the funds gathered...

There are a LOT of Haitians who are taking the clintons skimming off 95% of the funds donated to rebuild Haiti after the hurricane as a VERY personal insult.

The accusation I kept seeing was that Chelsea's wedding DRESS was paid for with Clinton Foundation funds.
I figure he's being misleading by parsing, saying that the wedding itself wasn't paid for in that manner.
