There was a recent thread on the earthquake in Haiti featuring a (surprisingly good) Rolling Stone article where Spicoli facilitated a mass-migration of about 5,000 people to a new area that proved disastrous.

Spicoli also defended Clinton henchwoman Cheryl Mills' ineptitude in Haiti, calling her "one of the most valuable players in Haiti...She has made an incredible impact despite the things that have gone wrong...Cheryl Mills is someone Haiti needs right now."

What Spicoli is REALLY upset about is that Trump was elected. Indeed, a strong argument can be made that despite (or perhaps because of) Spicoli's meddeling and Clinton corruption Trump’s Visit to Little Haiti May Have Helped Him Win Florida.
