Former President of Maryland-Based Transportation Company Indicted on 11 Counts Related to Foreign Bribery, Fraud and Money Laundering Scheme Executive Allegedly Paid Bribes to a Russian Official So His Company Could Win Highly Sensitive Nuclear Fuel Transportation Contracts Well I guess that's nice, that someone is being arrested with regard to the transportation contracts to perform the delivery of uranium to Russia. But what about whether the transfer of Uranium to Russia was even legal, apparently that isn't even in question according to this? I guess that's all considered just fine, and the US DOJ only cares that it was properly delivered to the Russians, at a fair price!

This indictment of a 54 year old man, who doesn’t want to spend the rest of his life in prison and be bankrupted by legal costs, is pressure to force information and testimony. Stay tuned, lots more to come.
