This was no accident, no coincidence this couple was pulled over for some bogus charge of following too closely.

OK, It follows my line of thinking that the cops put out a BOLO on the license tag and had the officer dream up something to pull them over. I wouldn't have been surprised if they used "weaving within the lane".
