“Coded in the complexity of the structure “ is grant speak for we pretend. It is impossible to produce a higher dimensional object in a lower dimensional matrix.
Movies don’t move backwards. You can play the film in reverse, but time still goes forwards as we are not 4th dimensional.
But we can pretend that time is coded in the complexity of the structure, throw in some atoms and light and stuff and if it sounds way too complex to the senator to understand he will throw in other people’s money.
