I received a letter from the SS admin showing me how my SS payment increased, and how my medicare payments (deductions) increased more than my SS payments so that I had a net decrease in my SS. OTO I did receive my $1000 bonus check (about $825 after taxes), so some good and some bad.
I am in my third year of retirement, so my Medicare premium, based on tax returns has dropped as well as the COLA. My SS check was $105 more than last month.
Got a big $25 COLA bounce in my military pension, as well.
One hell of a lot better than under that Jug-Eared Kenyan!
