Oprah’s speech was so hollow and cliche-ridden. Did NOTHING to truly address Hollywood’s YEARS of complicity to sexual harassment culture. Please don’t underestimate Americans...nor American women - plenty of whom watch Oprah yet still turned out in droves for Trump.
She is a good actress though, in films. I’ll give her that. More than a talk show host for sure!
But the primary Democrat threat to Trump? NO.
What I felt in the room from last night was a bunch of people clinging to their control over culture that is slipping through their fingers.
If Libs use the “Hollywood” or “media personality” strategy, they will FAIL miserably.
In the meantime, hopefully the Trump Admin will succeed in upping the ante for our space program :)!
