I've put a good half of Henry Livingston's music manuscript online by writing every blessed note into the Mozart music transcription program.

How incredibly patient and worthy!

Part of my frustration at not "hearing" notes as many can. I'm inveterately curious and there was no way to know what those darn notes were saying without doing that. The hymns killed me and I finally gave up on them. I think he only recorded the part he sang so when the midi plays, they make no sense. But the dances and the love songs and such, those I enjoyed so much I made CDs and passed them around, and used to play them continously in the car as I drove.

And, too, I hate information to be lost. Until the notes became midi, they were lost for me. Most of the hits are actually to the Bach ornamentation I midi'd while I learned enough to be able to transcribe.
