Numbers are statistically insignificant and difference is less than margin of error.
This poll should not even be published as it is meaningless mathematically.
It's purpose isn't accuracy, it's to reinforce the Liberal Narrative that the worthless bastard was beneficial.
But if you look deeper at the PDF of the results, you see noteworthy omissions from the headline, even taking all these design weaknesses into account:
1. Gallup asks: "What man that you have heard or read about, living today in any part of the world, do you admire most? And who is your second choice?
There is a LITTANY of choices offered....Barack Obama,Donald Trump, Pope Francis, Rev. Billy Graham, John McCain, Elon Musk, Bernie Sanders, Bill Gates, Benjamin Netanyahu, The Dalai Lama, Mike Pence, Jeff Bezos, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Justin Trudeau, Joe Biden, Ben Carson, Stephen Hawking, Warren Buffett, George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Prince William, Michael Jordan, MittRomney, Thomas Monson, Colin Powell, George Clooney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Ted Cruz, Vladimir Putin, Joel Osteen, Pope Benedict XVI, Tiger Woods, Tony Blair, Mark Zuckerberg, Rudy Giuliani, Mike Huckabee, Clint Eastwood, Brad Pitt, Rush Limbaugh, Francois Hollande, Bill OReilly, Glenn Beck, Tim Tebow, Al Gore, Liu Xiaobo, Dick Cheney, Nelson Mandela
2. Despite this plethora of listed men, the REAL "winner" of this Gallup poll for most admired man for the past 11 years, clocking in at over 50% every year, has been these options in the aggregate: Friend/Relative, Other, and None/No opinion. Parenthetically, the aggregate response for the question Most Admired FEMALE for Friend/Relative & Other was higher than that for the listed men in 2016 and 2017. Or, put another way, our alleged American nation of misogyny admires female family members or friends MORE than the male brethren AND any listed male OR female.
Now, I think Trump has been a great President, making good on his MAGA pro, sir. But even if Reagan was President, I'd answer either Friend/Relative or Other as someone I admire (and here is the operative word) MOST.
This should be good news to most of us. The highest level of admiration shouldn't go to a politician, musician, movie star, or basically a stranger...that borders on idolatry. I'll stick to Jesus or God on the male side, and my wife on the female side.
