1. I have an assumption that Ben Rich, head of Lockheed Skunkworks knew more about such things than all us Freepers combined.

2. He noted that there was at least one error in the Einsteinian equations--that they knew what it was and fixed it. The implication was at the speed of light barrier was not quite accurate.

3. I have another assumption that there are aspects of realities that even with the critters' super tech, we hardly have begun to plumb the depths of the intricacies of God's Creation.

2) Everyone so disposed believes Einstein was in error, but are usually loathe to show their work. And who are “they”?

3) As I asked, why would such a civilization require ships at all?

Though I surely agree with you about God.
