(FoxNews.com) - A Wisconsin man convicted of beating his 2-month-old daughter -- breaking more than 20 of the infant’s bones and causing bleeding in her brain -- has been sentenced to six months behind bars.
The jail term for Richard A. Root, 21, of Oshkosh, was part of seven years of probation for child neglect resulting in great bodily harm, the Oshkosh Northwestern reported.
Winnebago County Circuit Judge Thomas Gritton also ordered Root to avoid alcohol and drugs, keep a steady job or attend school full time, and undergo counseling, the newspaper reported.

Richard Root is a boil on the body of humanity and in serious need of a lancing.
Vendome’s version of a just and proper punishment:
I would chain his hands and legs, then pulled him up four flights of metal fire escape stairs, feet first.
Then I would kick him in the family jewels just enough to cause a stomach ache every 15 minutes for 4 weeks.
After that I would push him out a window letting him fall four stories into a pile of razor wire 5 rolls high and 5 rolls wide.
He could lay in the pile of razor wire for two days in the desert sun and then I would release a flock of crows and 1 gallon of scarabs right next to him.
But that’s just me...
Six months? Sounds a bit harsh. I would have given him just 5 minutes... in front of a firing squad!
That seems like a very lenient sentence.
I will hang him myself and then he can do the 6 months.
When the value of human life has diminished as a result of abortion, I guess this sentence isn’t a surprise. It’s disgusting, but not a surprise.

Good thing he didn’t leave any bacon at a Mosque. That would have been really serious and he would have received a 15 year sentence!
Just remember.....beating a baby to within an inch of her life is not nice, but leaving bacon at a Mosque is horribly evil.
That stupid arsed Judge needs to have the hell beat out of him as well as the savage that beat that precious baby......or WORSE!
Should have been life, no parole.
