There is confusion about those terms.
As I understand, pedophilia is sexual attraction to prepubescent children. There is another term for such attraction to those who are underage but have started their adult development. I don’t know what that term is, but often people use the term pedophilia to apply to adults going after anyone under age 18.

Didn’t BO sorta say that if a guy living in his parents basement, on their insurance, not working etc is still a CHILD at 26?
We know they call 19 year old thugs with several arrests and a rap sheet ‘teen agers’.
As to the 15yo ‘undercover cop’ would imagine he falls under the same guideline as an 18 yo sent to buy beer in a bar or cigarettes.
