If the GOP wants to lose the house in 2018, passing a tax increase on CA and NY is a good way to make it happen. Watch as every GOP congressperson from CA and NY is unelected.

Stick it to CA and there will be NO Republican House Members from the most populous State in the Union which will mean Nancy Pelosi will be the Speaker of the House once again.
Once that happens, we Conservatives will be getting the stick once again as well.
