Trying her hand at prophesy, the House minority leader is now saying God is siding Democrats in its efforts to attach Deferred Action Against Childhood Arrivals (DACA) legislation to a House budget bill, an issue that may lead a government shutdown.
"We're not backing off anything," Pelosi said Thursday of Democrats' demand that a DREAM Act pass before Congress recess for the year. "We are not going to turn this country into a reign of terror of domestic enforcement, and have the DACA, the DREAMers pay that price."
Pelosi then invoked the Almighty, arguing he's favoring Democrats in the policy squabble.
"But I'm optimistic," she said. "I always have been. God is with us on this. Our country is great. We know that greatness springs from the vitality that newcomers bring to our country."

I don’t think the Democrats could be so dumb as to shut down the government to prevent illegal aliens from deportation, could they? Every time you want to call the GOP the stupid party, Democrats seem determined to one-up them.
Trump tends to be wobbly on the topic and follows the last person to talk with him. The risk is end-of-year settlement, which could include amnesty. I sure hope not, won't be surprised if it occurs, and will be very upset.

The Dim caucus in the House will not be able to stand unified on this.

And, with 23 Dim Senators, 11 from trump states, facing reelection this year...the Senate will fold too.

I’m sure she’ll be willing to support the republicans in passing it so she can find out what’s in it. Only seems fair.
The bottom line is, of course, that she has never displayed any of the above.
I would suggest that she at least sit down and try to read the Constitution, starting with the Preamble, and then issue the appropriate apology.
This is the woman who went to the White House and had a brush with the occult- claimed her chair seemed possessed or some such thing.
If DACA is held up,I’m done.
