I lost all interest in the “Olympics” some time ago, allowing bull crap like this only reinforces why I won’t waste my time watching any of it. I’m sure they don’t really care what I watch or do not. Same goes for the NFL idiots/fools but then, they don’t care either but they will not get a dime of my money.

Ah, but your dimes do go to the Olympics. Many companies contribute and they take tax cuts... off their customers’ dimes. All those boxes of Wheaties and yogurt, etc. Remember when the US Post Office made such a big deal out of “their” (our) contributions? Don’t know if they still donate but they probably do.
Can’t stand PetSmart’s commercial saying they’ll give a meal to a dog after you purchase their product. Excuse me, it’s the customer who is really giving a dog a meal. If it weren’t for the customers, the dogs would starve. Guess who gets to claim that charity donation on their taxes?
A few years ago, Dannon Yogurt had its customers mail in the foil top from their yogurt containers and they’d give to breast cancer research. Really? Wouldn’t it have been cheaper fro the customers to save the postage and mail a check to cancer research and take the tax credit themselves. Such a scam.
