Ask a policeman...they will tell you that the most horrible accidents are drivers in the left lane going the wrong way are drunk thinking they are in their normal lane.
My cousin always warned all of us...don’t drive in the fast lane after 9 pm....
I’ve learned that from comments here. This was in the middle of the afternoon right on first street (main street through small rural city-population 20,000 or so).
According to someone in the know,there’s only two cars on patrol at any given time. I guess its easy to see how this could get missed.
