Prosecutors are completely out of control.

They have no controlling authority. The Supreme Court has placed them completely outside of any responsibility for their actions.

Prosecutors have incredibly broad immunity.

They can lie, solicit false witnesses, and act in bad faith.

As long as they dismiss the charges before trial, they are immune.

The Supreme Court ruled this to be so.
