We have seen and treated cyclic vomiting syndrome for years It is well known to be caused by chronic marijuana use. Of course the pot is a natural herb that cures everything crowd refuses to admit it or change the behavior.

A million years ago, the doctor "suggested" pot to help my uncle with side effects of chemo. No prescriptions, not back in those days, and certainly nothing official.

Unc swore by it. Said that it didn't help his appetite, but it at least let him get some sleep, which was a blessing. No cancer cure though. At least he was more comfortable.

YMMV. It seems to me that if treated like any other medicine, it would be fine. Of course, that will never happen, now.
