Mueller's investigation is failing...

Unfortunately this is impossible. Mueller has no limits on what he can investigate and he will eventually find something like an unpaid parking ticket.

Then he will make a big deal out of an obstruction of justice conspiracy centered on the President.

Dobbs and Hannity are getting increasingly interruptive with many of their better informed guests, breaking up their train of thought, stealing their point from them, finishing sentences for them, and shutting down ability to give us their additional information.

I love Lou. He is a grown up and civilized, but even he irritates me as he robs the audience of information and totally truncates the prepared narrative of guests, like Chris.

“failing” is a matter of perspective. I think Obama was a huge failure. Others see the same things and thinks it was a success.

Mueller allows Pelosi, Dems, and the media to insist that impeachment is on the horizon. To them, Mueller doesn’t fail until he packs his bags and goes home.

If he ends up interviewing the hairdresser of the wife of a manager of Deutsche Bank, that will be “evidence” that Mueller “found something” and Trump is going down. And if he needs to find an unpaid parking ticket for that hairdresser’s car, he will do it to compel testimony. And when Brian Ross comes back, he will say that parking ticket was issued BEFORE Trump won the election, and that could be an indication of collusion with Russia. And Mueller will continue to serve his purpose and Brian Ross will get more “unpaid time off” (to be repaid in the next contract negotiations - “unpaid” like government employees during a shutdown who are willing to be pawns, knowing they will be paid later)

Yes, it IS impossible.

Besides being the Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, he is ALSO the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States. As such, he can’t be legally charged for carrying out his constitutionally proscribed duties, which is PRECISELY what he was doing (at the behest of Obama) prior to his inauguration.

Now, politically....that’s another story.

Now, politically....that’s another story.

And that is the crux of the issue.
