If he’s not there, or the LEO’s in SF refuse to cooperate, then arrest their police chief, the mayor, the judge, and every other public employee involved in this case.
Charge them with sedition. human trafficking, violating federal immigration law. RICO statutes, and any other charge the feds can come up with.
The ICE and US marshals will have be involved im this though.
The FBI is a useless corrupt cesspool of thugs and political hacks ran by an equally corrupt DOJ overseen by an equally useless AG.
Other agencies are going to have to take this up, and the DOJ/FBI needs to be completely shut down for good.

This verdict has done a lot of public relation damage to “sanctuary cities”. Even the left must sometimes take a step back and face reality.
When the time comes he will be turned over to Federal officers. To do anything else will allow President Trump to open a can of WHOOP ASS on them.
President Trump is gathering strength as well as building public opinion. I trust he will act when the time is right.
First of all, he's still in state custody because he was convicted of one felony (felon in possession of a weapon).
Second, San Francisco always honors federal warrants, as they are required to do by the Supremacy Clause. The "sanctuary city" policy says the local cops won't tell the feds that someone they're holding is an illegal aliens if the feds don't ask, and they won't hold illegal aliens in state prison after their terms are up unless the feds serve a warrant before the inmate's release. (That latter part is the result of California courts holding that it is unlawful to hold any inmate past his release date unless a warrant is served first. The feds typically call on the phone and say 'please hold this guy for us for a few days while we work on getting a warrant,' but under California law it's considered false imprisonment to do that.)
Then I guess we’ll see where this guy ends up.
In the mean time this sets a precedent.
If you are charged with shooting someone, you can claim that you’re ignorant about how a firearm works, and the gun went off accidentally.
It also helps if you’re an illegal alien in SF, in the middle of a sanctuary state.
I say cut the guy loose. Let him kill someone else.
