Hey! How’d you like to roll up and watch the most crucial weekend of the college football season! I bet you would!

In the FBS, we have conference title weekend, in which every league comes down to a final game (or set of games, if you’re the Sun Belt), with postseason implications all over. Saturday’s four Power 5 title games directly impact the College Football Playoff. This is dang near a quarterfinal weekend. All that stuff’s broken down over here.

The games begin tonight, Friday, with the Pac-12 championship between USC and Stanford. The game has zero playoff implications. Tickets are still available at Santa Clara. The American Athletic Conference championship occupies the noon EST window with The Fighting Frosts, until after the game, hosting the Memphis Tigers. The winner will be the Group of 5 representative to a New Years Bowl. At 12:30 EST is the Big 12 = 10 championship at Jerry's world between the Sooners and the Horned LizardsFrogs. Oklahoma blasted the Frogs in Norman. OU with a win punches a ticket while a loss will open the door for 'Bama. The ATL will be rocking at 4 pm as the Auburn Tigers face UGa. I think Auburn has shown itself to be the superior team but have they emptied the emotional tank after two incredible weeks? Questions about if Auburn stud RB Kerryon Johnson will at 100% and how will Auburn perform away from The Plains. The winner will punch their ticket to the playoff. Two games to use the previous channel button for the 8 pm window. The Big 10 = 14 championship will be at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis as the undefeated Wisconsin Badgers face their toughest test against The Ohio State University. Does a THE Ohio State University win punch their ticket? At the same time is the ACC championship in Charlotte between The U and the Clemson Tigers. This game could get ugly fast depending on which U team shows up. This is another winner gets a ticket game.

It is Lucas Oil or are you saying Badger fans will turn Lucas into Randall?

The Stanford-USC playoff may be meaningless in terms of national championship, but it does bring to the stage two quarterback nonpareil. USC’s Darnold will likely be chosen high in the first round next year. The other, CJ Costello, will likely be chosen high in the first round in 2020. It could be perhaps the most entertaining game of the week-end.

Why are we celebrating non-profit colleges exploitation of athletes for money??? I realize there are lots of folks who are hooked on this stuff but really....

Really? So there's not really a team named the "Fighting Frosts?"

I'm strangely disappointed.

Ohio State fans usually dominate attendance at neutral site games but judging from ticket sales, Bucky Badger looks like they will win the gate. If Wisky is ever going to get an opportunity to play on the elite CFP stage, this is the year and their fans know it.

I do believe the USC - Stanford game will be the most entertaining one on the slate.

DAMN!! I do stand corrected! I had looked it up this morning and could have sworn that the listing said OSU AT Wisconsin Badgers. Did not see anything about Lucas Field. Honest! Why the HELL are they playing there, anyway?

My mistake.

The MAC championship with be an offensive battle. Plenty of fireworks. Florida State has a semi-cupcake. I’m almost tempted to watch that one.

My AppState Mountaineers play for the Sun Belt championship even though there is no playoff. That’s rather weird.
