A federal judge in Austin rejected country music singer Randy Travis’ last-ditch effort to block the Texas Department of Public Safety from releasing video of his 2012 arrest on Thursday.

American-Statesman Staff The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Sam Sparks comes two months after Davis filed the lawsuit in federal court, following repeated rulings from state judges that said the DPS should release the tape.
“In sum, Travis has failed to establish a substantial likelihood of success on the merits for his claims,” Sparks wrote, rejecting the singer’s bid for an injunction.

Police arrest videos are generally public.
LOL....that’s it....poor ol’ Randy was likely hurriedly driving nekked in his pick up truck, to get his momma out of jail, but before he could get there, she got hit by a danged ol train.
Like this poor guy hasn’t already been through enough. He is now barely able to walk and talk due to a stroke. The only point of this is voyeurism.
Why?
Who wants to see Randy Travis in the nude in the first place.
Leave the guy alone. He’s paid his dues.
