I just looked it up — didn’t realize that’s the cove off the 18th at Pebble. I found that Adventures By The Sea provides kayaking at Stillwater Cove. Gotta put that on my list! “By appointment only, this majestic cove is now open for guided kayak tours and Standup Paddle Board Lessons. Paddle with Point Lobos, Carmel Beach, and the Pebble Beach Golf Links all as the back drop to a great adventure on the water.”

You can only get to McWay Cove beach, where McWay Falls is, by kayak, I wonder if they will make that possible?
[Technically you can climb down, but my understanding is it’s a huge fine.]

I went down to Pt Lobos last May to kayak but is was too windy to be any fun so I didn't launch. The following week a kayaker was attacked by a shark near Pt Lobos. Fortunately for the kayaker the shark was only interested in the kayak and he was able to swim to a nearby boat and pulled out of the water. I have since given up the idea of ocean kayaking.

We found it accidentally years ago and go there during our annual trip to Monterey. The bathrooms are great! Check out the private club gym right which overlooks the cove. I’ve taken many pictures there, the beach is very quiet and feels private.
