Well, I’m not sure if having a better back would have changed the outcome of basically having his head blown off.
I think their argument is that Kennedy began to crouch forward when the first bullet hit him- you can see him bend forward as he grabs at his throat- but the back brace pulled him upright and then the second round took off the back of his head.
